We also offer a number of special services to make your event truly memorable. Impress your guests with a barista for coffee specialities, bar catering or show cooking. As a congress caterer, we know what it takes to impress. Here is a selection of what we have to offer:

Sustainability is also on our menu. That’s why we use regional and seasonal ingredients in all our dishes. Our organic dairy products, ham and sausage specialities as well as soft drinks are locally sourced. We also buy seasonal fruit and vegetables from local markets, purchase high quality organic meat from local farmers and fresh fish from the Mecklenburg Lake Plateau.

You can decide whether your entire congress catering is vegetarian or vegan. We also offer gluten-free and lactose-free options and try to avoid single-use plastics, as we are committed to the preservation of the environment, recycling and sustainability.

The price for congress catering is individual for each event, depending on your requirements. Whether your budget is small or large, we can provide high quality food and drink. We will be happy to advise you and coordinate the right catering for your event. Below is a selection of our prices. Napkins and rustic buffet decorations are included in the price.

• Coffee break: fruit from € 1.30 net per piece, cookies from € 2.00 per person, cakes from € 3.00 net per piece
• Live show cooking incl. basic ingredients, four starters, min. four main courses and min. one dessert from € 40.10 per person

Additional live catering options:

• Mini burgers from € 5.80 net per piece
• Live sushi from € 13.80 net for 6 pieces per person
• Wok dishes from € 18.20 net per person

Your personalised quote contains a detailed list of additional service charges. These include staff and delivery costs, as well as the cost of tableware, cutlery and other equipment. For a catering session of approximately two hours, you can expect to pay approximately € 15 net per person (€ 23 for live cooking) in service charges.
